Harry Weisiger began his career in the ice skating industry working in several ice skating facilities in California. In 1973 he built Fairfax Ice Arena, a year round ice skating facility in Fairfax County, Virginia. In 1980 Harry founded Weisiger Management Corporation providing consulting services to the ice skating industry. Under a management contract to a shopping center developer, he was General Manager of Lakeforest Ice Arena, in Gaithersburg, MD from 1980-1987. He was elected and served a term on the Board of Directors of the Ice Skating Institute (ISI). In addition to the ice skating industry he is a Principal in several Property Leasing and Management Companies; HHE Partnership and FCC Partnership.

Henry Weisiger holds a BS/BA Degree from University of Denver, Denver, CO (Double Major in Business and Management ). He has been an officer at Fairfax Ice Arena, Inc. from 1973-present. Henry is a Principal at Weisiger Management Company which specializes in Ice Rink Management, feasibility studies, and consulting. Previously he managed the FHLBB Ice Rink in Washington, DC, and also served as a District Representative on the ISI Board of Directors. Henry is married to Audrey King Weisiger, World and Olympic Figure Skating Coach, and owner of GrassrootsToChampions.com (seminars for figure skaters).

Jimmy Torres holds a B.S. Degree in Decision Sciences/Management Information Systems from George Mason University. He specializes in Retail merchandising, sales, E-Commerce, advertising, and Information Systems. Along with his strong technical background, Jimmy's knowledge of the ice skating industry allows him to tap into the marketing potential inherent in every ice skating facility. Jimmy has extensive knowledge of refrigeration systems, figure skating programs, ice hockey programs, marketing, facility maintenance, and facility management.

Todd Martin has worked in ice arena management since 1990. He specializes in personnel management, program management, ice hockey league development and management, refrigeration, ice resurfacing and facility management. Todd completed his studies at George Mason University in 1993. He holds his Ice Arena Management Certificate from University of Michigan (conferred in 1998) and his Operations & Risk Management Certificate from NARCE. Todd is a regular attendee at annual industry conferences, and has previously served as an Associate Coach and a Level 1 Official for USA Hockey.
